Drama is a small Northern Greece city which you probably not yet know that you love because you’re not a local. Well, I am and I’ll prove you that deserves a weekend’s stay to amaze you! The old city is still there besides the obvious abandonment on behalf of the local principles. Some historic path, where old market lies, is the area we’ll explore today as well as in following posts. This area gets its chance for a new start gathering around its main road (Venizelou str.) some of the cutest bars you’ve ever seen.
One of them, a really cute one, is Fika cafe. And bar. Checking at the photos I took (no laughs) you’ll get a glimpse of this colorful mosaic they offer you. It’s a bit like some PastaFlora spot only more open to nature, well-designed and picturesque. What strikes my attention anytime I visit Fika is that even families get to meet another way of relaxing with their small ones and so..like mother, like daughter (!) they all sit along in the pavement next to the colorful lanterns the owners place. Across Fika you’ll still find a sign of a traditional barber shop in baby blue font. Loving.
