Pantone Color Institute announced the color to be for 2013: and it’s gonna be…EMERALD! It’s code is 17-5641 and according to the announcement, this color represents balance and harmony and points beyond known gem, the concept of environment and regeneration. Pantone has managed to influence international design, architecture and lifestyle by their yearly choices.*

You probably have visited design stores where you find lots of Pantone stuff like mugs, chairs etc and you definitely wanted to buy at least one of the colors presented. We found a store like this in Barcelona, called Vincon but that’s another spot we shall present later.
